Dr. William Wong obtained his PhD from University of East Anglia, UK upon the completion of his research project on change leadership development in several organizations. Dr. Wong possesses profound knowledge and practical experience in management with particular specialization on customer experience management and corporate succession planning.

Over the years, Dr. Wong had conducted a range of successful consulting projects and training programmes ranging from consultative selling, customer experience management, performance management, staff management & motivation, team building for many large-scale companies (industries ranging from retailing, banking, insurance, manufacturing, government, social welfare, restaurant etc.) in Mainland China and in Hong Kong. His competence in those areas was backed strongly by his solid experiences when he worked and served as executives in organizations such as HK Red Cross, A.S. Watson, Bank of China Group, G2000, Dairy Farm, and Swire Coca-Cola. William had also been sent to Supermarket Management University in the United States and Coca Cola’s Customer Management Learning Centre in Japan to gain updated knowledge in the industry.

During his service in Dairy Farm International, Dr. Wong had successfully made a turnaround for Wellcome’s service standard and had assisted Mannings in winning the Best Service Award from Hong Kong Retail Management Association. He was also responsible for launching the performance management initiative in Dairy Farm and the “Connected with Customer” initiatives in Swire Coca-Cola. As a veteran in management knowledge and service customer experience management, Dr. Wong had been commissioned to conduct various service system building & monitoring, productivity improvement, and leadership development projects for companies such as Chow Sang Sang Jewellery, Prince Watch & Jewellery, Disney Retail Stores, Diamond Trading Company (DTC), Cisco, Clipsal (H.K.), ELF China, China Life Insurance, A-1 Bakery, etc. which spanned a period of a few months to a few years. Besides, Dr. Wong had conducted various customized training programmes for different levels of staff, ranging from senior management to frontline staff for organizations as Citibank, Hang Seng Bank, Bank of China Insurance Group, Bank of China, ABN AMRO Bank, China Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank (Private Banking), Bank of Communications(Private Banking), Agricultural Bank of China, Huaxia Bank, Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, Cisco, BMW Hong Kong, HK Professional Golfers’ Association, LSG Sky Chef, Tsit Wing Coffee, Dairy Farm International, HK Christian Services, Kone, Trade & Industries Department, Labors Department, Educations Department, Census & Statistics Department, Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, etc. Many of those clients had repeatedly sought for Dr. Wong’s training & professional services for several years.
